Starting A Business or Nonprofit? Momentum is ready to equip you with this valuable course which will cover all that is needed for someone to understand what it takes to open a C-Corporation, S-Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Nonprofit - 501(c)3, Public Charity, Private Foundations, and Church.

All forms will be made available with internet sites. Explanation of documents needed for start up - both IRS & State RI (MA if needed) - i.e. E.I.N., Articles of Incorporation, ByLaws, & LLC Agreement.

There will be a break-out session at the end where participants can get together to talk about what they learned & come up with some additional questions.
