Keith is currently Senior Vice President and chief of manufacturing operations for a PE sponsored corporation responsible for a team of almost 1,000 people.

He has built his career creating organizational value for employees, customers and shareholders across many industries forfortune 500 and privately owned companies such as 3M, Aearo Technologies and Mold-Rite Packaging.

Keith loves the Lord Jesus Christ with all his heart and believes he has a calling for financial stewardship in the church. Keith first walked through the doors of Restoration Church in 2003 where he met and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. He and his wife Elce (“Cici”) were married at Restoration Church in 2006; and together, they recently formed a 501c3 to minister to the people of Cape Verde.

He believes progress and success are fostered not by extreme acts or following the latest trends but by a simple, consistent daily personal and professional routine including time in the Word, exercise, a strong work ethic and steadfast persistence.
